Every individual that comes into the RCA facility who wants to participate MUST fill out the NEW online registration form. If under the age of 18 a parent or guardian must complete the registration form with the individual present in order to complete the parent/athlete contract and the waiver form.

 

If your are a RCA member you must fill out the online absence form if the athlete needs time off from training.
